How it works

Three steps, then you turn up and talk.

Pick a time

The calendar shows only what is really open — teaching hours minus everything already booked, on your clock rather than mine.

Pay securely

Card or instant EFT through Payfast, or PayPal if that suits you better. Your slot is held while you check out.

Join on Meet

A calendar invite with a Google Meet link arrives immediately, plus reminders a day and an hour before.

Pricing

What students say

“I stopped dreading meetings in English about four months in. We work on the exact things I have to say at work, not textbook dialogues.”

Marta · Berlin · Business English

“Booking takes ten seconds and the times are already in my timezone, which sounds small until you have spent a year doing the maths yourself.”

Rafael · São Paulo · General English

“Went from 6.5 to 7.5 in IELTS writing. The feedback after each task was specific enough that I knew exactly what to fix.”

Anh · Hanoi · Exam preparation

Questions

The things people ask before booking

What time will the lesson be for me?

The calendar detects your timezone and shows every time in it. If your country changes its clocks, the times shift accordingly — the site does not assume a fixed offset. You can also change the timezone by hand if you are travelling.

How do I pay?

Card and instant EFT through Payfast, or PayPal. Payfast settles in South African rand; PayPal is usually the easier route from Europe or South America. You will get a proper invoice either way.

What if I need to cancel or move a lesson?

Cancel or reschedule yourself from My Lessons, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the start. Inside that window the lesson is forfeited — that time was set aside and cannot be filled at short notice.

Which video app do we use?

Google Meet, in the browser — nothing to install. The link is created automatically when your booking confirms and appears in your calendar invite and in My Lessons.

Do I need an account?

Yes — a quick one. It is what lets you see your upcoming lessons, keep track of lesson credits, and move a lesson without emailing anyone.

Do lesson packs expire?

Credits are valid for six months from purchase. The balance and the expiry date are both shown in My Lessons, and credits are used oldest-first so nothing is wasted.
